Comments: This was the first electric guitar I bought after a hiatus of almost 15 years. I knew I could count on a Strat as a good, basic guitar to get back into electric. It came with noiseless pickups, which generate no hum without sacrificing the tone and character for which Strats are known.
Strats have a distinctive sound, and many players have favored them over the years.
